CEKnB kept our budget foremost in mind, not hesitant to let us do the demolition, and other “self help” items, so not to exceed the budget. When unforeseen issues presented themselves, we worked in partnership to resolve them. Contract modifications were kept to a minimum. Results, as you can see, are amazing, exceeding our expectations.
